Due to the customizable nature of this product, returns are not excepted. An email will be sent to you once your design has been created for your approval. During that time, you can make any changes to your piece.

In case the item becomes damaged in the shipping process, please return the item. Once we have received the damaged piece, we will remake and reship your item free of charge. 

Due to the customizable nature of this product, please allow 1-2 weeks for your piece to be created and shipped. If you need a specific order rushed, please fill out a custom order email request (additional charges will apply).
